Power cable and control cable: size, cores, not one reel for both
Power follows motor current. Control follows core count and a screen. One reel of 2.5 mm² for both is a messy cabinet and a noisy signal.
The schedule says “2.5 mm² cable — 200 m”. Some of it feeds a 4 kW motor. Some of it is starter coils and DDC signals. Same metres, two specifications. Power: cores, size from current and drop, sheath. Control: many thin cores, usually screened — do not split a 2.5 mm² power pair for 24 V.
In a closed tray with power, signal must be twisted and screened. Outdoors or damp: the sheath the file names. Do not run bell wire on a 230 V valve. Send the single-line and the cable schedule — we split two columns.
