Equipment schedules
Equipment schedules
The schedule is the order document. Each line must be buyable and checkable against the labour take-off.
We do not issue a single number per square metre. The schedule splits BMS, HVAC, power, energy and ELV — the same systems as the drawings.
Each line states
- Description, specified model or an agreed equivalent.
- Input type and signal; supply; measuring range.
- Quantity; delivery window; origin, quality and factory-warranty papers.
After the schedule
A quotation on paper. Lines with no signal stay without a model — we do not guess. Labour stays on the contractor’s take-off.
