BMS equipment
A building management system and energy-monitoring loop only run if every measured and controlled point matches the signal type. HTECH supplies field devices and panel hardware — sensors, controllers, valves, expansion modules, energy meters, panel accessories — against the consultant’s or contractor’s point list.
Brands we see often: Tridium, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, Global Control 5, Veris, Neptronics. Models follow the drawings. We do not sell a generic “BMS set” before the point count is known.
A building-controls package usually covers HVAC, power and pumps. A wider package adds door contacts, rack cabinets, leak points and signals into a central software. Software licences and programming labour are not inside a materials quote unless written separately.

Yes. State the range, output type, 24 V or 230 V supply, duct or wall mount.
We need a photo of the label, the termination drawing and the input type on the controller. Do not buy “the same shape” if the signal differs.
