Technical support from the maker’s papers
Scope: the goods we supplied. Software and site labour stay with the contractor unless the contract asks us to attend.
Shipped with the goods
- Wiring diagrams, data sheets, register maps (meters, drives, gateways).
- I/O notes: voltage, impedance, the maker’s recommended signal-cable length.
When the contract includes support
- Technical replies: which input on the DDC, whether 24 V is enough, which register holds kWh.
- On site or remote at point-to-point — schedule against the live cabinet.
We do not rewrite control logic for the contractor. That sits in the programming contract.
