HTECH is an engineering house. Consulting here means reading the file you already have — MEP, HVAC, BMS, ELV — and naming what is missing before anyone places an order.
What we do
- Match the point list to controller inputs: 0–10 V, 4–20 mA, NTC, dry contact.
- Lock the protocol: BACnet MS/TP or IP, Modbus RTU or TCP, and when a gateway is required.
- Record the tap: duct, pipe, room, power board.
- Propose a product line when the brand is still open — same signal, same range.
What to send
The point list, the equipment sheets, and the live data sheet if you are replacing a device. If the signal is missing we ask before we write a model.
