HVAC control parts: valves, sensors, AHU accessories

HTECH is not a domestic air-conditioner shop. We supply control and field hardware for chillers, AHUs, FCUs and fans: valves, actuators, duct sensors, dry contacts — so the BMS or the maker’s controller can read the plant.

Typical lines

• Chilled-water and damper valves; modulating or on/off actuators
• Pipe and room temperature, duct humidity, filter differential, flow
• CO2 on return air when the file asks for demand-controlled ventilation
• AHU and FCU accessories to the specified maker (Belimo and the names on the drawing)
• Daikin, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Trane, Carrier parts when they sit in an owner-locked package

Why control parts leave the machine package

The HVAC contractor owns condensers, indoor units, copper and refrigerant. Valves and sensors for the BMS are often forgotten — or bought with the wrong signal (0–10 V into a 4–20 mA input). HTECH reads the controls drawing and quotes the matching model so no one drills the pipe twice during commissioning.

What to send

• Water or air schematic and the valve schedule
• Controller signal type if the BMS brand is already chosen
• Pressure, pipe size, actuator voltage 24 V or 230 V
