Control valves and actuators for a BMS
Match valve size, pressure and actuator signal: 0–10 V, 4–20 mA, 24 V on/off.
The valve and the actuator are one line
Pipe size, differential pressure and close-off must match the hydraulic calculation. The actuator must match the controller: modulating 0–10 V or 4–20 mA, or on/off 24 V / 230 V. A 230 V actuator on a 24 V panel does not move.
Spring-return on smoke or isolation dampers if the file asks. Fail position (open or closed) must be written, not assumed. HVAC parts
