What HTECH does
HTECH Engineering and Technology Joint Stock Company (HTECH JSC, tax ID 0109387041) is an engineering house. On each file we distribute equipment, read the drawings, and support the signal match. We work with owners, MEP contractors and technical departments in Hanoi.

Four jobs on one file
- Distribution: schedules, quotations, delivery, invoices, origin, quality and factory-warranty papers.
- Solution consulting: read drawings and the point list, propose a line that matches the signal and the delivery window.
- Equipment: MEP, HVAC, BMS, energy, ELV, lighting, technical infrastructure and data centres — specified or equivalent.
- Technical services: model matching, maker wiring notes, advice at point-to-point.

We buy to the owner’s specification, or we propose a model when the file is still open. We do not force a brand if the file already names one. Our job is to match the model, the delivery window and the warranty paperwork.
When to write
- You are pricing a BMS or ELV package and need the equipment schedule split out
- You must replace a sensor, controller or valve on a live system without buying the wrong signal
- The contractor needs origin, quality and factory-warranty documents
- You need energy monitoring, technical infrastructure or a data-centre point list
