Building energy monitoring: main and branch meters

Energy monitoring is a meter reading, not a saving promise
The file asks the building software to show kWh, kW, current and voltage. The schedule must pick the right meter, protocol and current transformer — then send the number to the live controller.
Two layers
- Main meter: after the incoming breaker or at the utility boundary. One point, a large number.
- Branch meters: cooling, pumps, lighting, sockets. Many points, so you can compare systems.
