Water-leak sensors in a plant room
Spot versus cable leak sensors under raised floors and precision-cooling trays. Wire them so the shift sees the alarm.
A leak under the floor is late if nobody is alarmed
Precision cooling and humidifier trays drip. A spot sensor under each tray and a cable in the aisle catch water before it reaches the racks. Domestic wifi pucks lose the LAN and lose the alarm.
Bring a dry contact into the DDC or the BMS that the shift already watches. A local beep in an empty room is not a method. Server-room monitoring
