VRV / VRF into the BMS: the maker’s gateway, not a room sensor
Per-indoor status on the BMS needs the air-con maker’s gateway. A room sensor will not show an outdoor fault.
The file says “BMS to supervise the VRV”. The take-off adds a temperature sensor per room. The software has a temperature — no outdoor fault, no mode, no central command. That is room monitoring, not VRV monitoring.
The machine maker sells a BACnet or Modbus gateway, priced by indoor count or by licence. The gateway model must match the outdoor series. The DDC only reads objects after that port. Ask which points are required — on/off, setpoint, fault — then count licences.
