BMS equipment lead time: order before ceilings close
Shelf sensors are not the same as a specified controller. How to schedule an equipment list by delivery time. HTECH JSC, Hanoi.
Jobs slip on panel hardware, not on loose room sensors
Room temperature sensors are often in stock. Controllers, matching modules and large modulating valves can take weeks. If the contractor closes the ceiling and then sends the schedule, someone drills again.
- Wall sensors and contacts: usually shorter than panel hardware
- Specified controllers and modules: order early, name a spare model
- Large valves and actuators: order once the pipe is measured
- Gateways and software licences: order with the panel
HTECH writes delivery time on each quotation line. The owner can approve an equivalent when the specified goods will miss the date. Origin and quality documents belong on the purchase order.
